Baspar Sazeh Alvand Company started its activity in 2002 in the industrial areas of northeast Tehran. Global developments in the electricity industry as well as the need of the large electricity market in our beloved country of Iran for insulators with longer lifespan and higher technical capabilities are other effective factors in starting and expanding the activity of this industrial unit. Baspar Sazeh Alvand Company continued to design and produce specialized silicone insulators based on the 20-year experience of its technical and engineering team in the field of polymer products and the use of IEC 61109, IEC 61952 standards. More than fifteen years of successful production of this complex and its use in different climates throughout the country indicate their high quality. Other notable developments of this complex include the design and production of interphase spacers for distribution and super-distribution lines. The increasing acceptance of the products and the growing path of the complex in recent years have led to the development of the company’s infrastructure, both in terms of technical facilities and human resources, which led to the transfer of the production line to the Shokohiyeh Industrial Park in Qom.

The company’s production line was built with 50 specialized and non-specialized workers on a land area of about 7,500 square meters in the second phase of the Shokohiyeh Industrial Park in Qom. With the passage of time and the further strengthening of the company’s research and development (R&D) department, fuse cutout equipment entered the design, production and commercialization cycle of this complex since 2015 and surge arresters since 2017. Also, among the other honors of this company, we can mention the conclusion of a cooperation agreement with the Niroo Research Institute in 2017, which resulted in the production of insulators for above-distribution substations. Strengthening the scientific foundation of the complex, along with the technical experience of the company’s experts, with the approach of increasing the productivity and efficiency of the country’s power supply network, led to the localization and presentation of equipment and products such as integrated deep earthing systems and a new generation of network fittings in 2017. It is also worth noting that this complex, in order to complete its production products, designed and produced single-phase direct blade air switches in 2018. It is worth noting that the Baspar Sazeh Alvand production unit, with the slogan of interaction with honesty and continuity in quality, has always tried to progress and further improve the technical and qualitative level of equipment used in the country’s electricity industry.
